1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Golden Vestments ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the golden-vestments.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site and/or using our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Our Services
Golden Vestments provides luxury personal shopping and styling services in Mayfair, London. Our services include:
- Personal shopping consultations and experiences
- Wardrobe analysis and consultation services
- Style concierge and ongoing styling support
- Special occasion dressing services
- Seasonal wardrobe updates and fashion guidance
3. Service Bookings and Appointments
All service appointments must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all bookings. Appointments are subject to stylist availability and confirmation from our team.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
Service Fees
All service fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect services already booked and confirmed.
Shopping Budget
Personal shopping services require a separate shopping budget as agreed upon with the client. This budget is in addition to our service fees and is used exclusively for purchasing items on behalf of the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your style preferences, budget, and requirements
- Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
- Treat our stylists and partner boutique staff with respect and courtesy
- Provide honest feedback about our services
- Respect the intellectual property of our styling recommendations and concepts
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Golden Vestments and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our styling concepts, recommendations, and methodologies are proprietary to Golden Vestments. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our styling concepts without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Site or services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of our client relationships. Our stylists are bound by professional confidentiality agreements.
We will not disclose your personal information, shopping habits, or style preferences to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Golden Vestments, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand due to or arising out of your use of the Site or services in violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute waiver of any subsequent breach.
